Over 53 locations with over 9000 spaces are managed by the system. Below is an outline of how the system is currently used at site;

(1) Internal Departmental Charge-Back calculation with colored plan reporting

(2) Head count data capture tools and reporting for the human resources department

(3) Strategic Planning and Proposal, for example optimising the use of leased space

(4) Preparation of detailed briefs for architects and designers

(5) Coordination of location plans in uniform format and style for Intranet access to information

(6) Accurate and efficient as-built data records mangement

(7) Management of workstation, communication and power outlets.
